As pet parents, we're sure you have plenty of questions about your potential pet sitters. In this blog, we are going to cover some of our most commonly asked questions.

Is my house located in your service area?

Our service area covers Carroll County including Westminster, Finksburg, Eldersburg, Mt. Airy, Taneytown, Manchester, Hampstead and more! We also will take clients outside of our service area for an additional fee.


How do I schedule appointments for my pets?

Once you have completed your Meet N' Greet and filled out our Google form, all you need to do is call, text or email us with the dates you need us to care for your pets.


How much notice do I need to give to book an appointment?

Booking in advance ensures we have the dates and times you requested. However, we know that some things can pop up at the last second. We do our best to make availability when those types of situations happen.


What if I booked an appointment and no longer need you for that day?

We understand that plans change. Just give us a call or text and let us know! We do not have any cancellation fees.


What type of pets do you care for?

We care for all types of pets including dogs, cats, fish, birds, reptiles, horses, chickens, goats and more!


Will you be in contact with us while we are away?

Absolutely! We send an update text after every visit that includes a summary of how the visit went and a picture of your pet.


Are you able to give my pet medications?

We are comfortable giving medications to any pet!


How do we pay you?

Payment can be made by cash, check, PayPal and Zelle.
